Tenika tailors breathing exercises to you for the purpose of increasing clarity, well being, health and personal alignment. Various techniques may be employed including but not limited to pranayama, taoist breathing, dynamic breathing, focus meditation may be employed based on your individual needs and intention. *To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hrs prior to appointment. Any cancellations or changes within 24 hrs will be charged 50% of booked services. No shows will be charged 100% of service price.
